GLEXTEL for telecom services is immediately Hiring Recruitment &O.D Specialist

Ø Job Requirements:

- Bachelor of any reputable field

- Must has Experience +2 at recruitment white & blue collars and training and development programs

- Good command of English writing & Speaking

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent Microsoft user “Excel, Word, PowerPoint”

- Excellent multitasking abilities

Females is preferred
Ø Job Duties:

- Posting, sourcing, screening CVs of job vacancies and interviewing job applicants up to mid-management level; evaluating applicant skills and making recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.

- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

- Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.

Ø Working conditions:

- Location: Maadi

- Working hours: from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM

- Days off: Friday& Saturday

- Medical & Social insurance from day 1
