HR Supervisor
 
Main Responsibilities
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
· Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
· Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Handling employee benefits.
 
 Job qualifications:
· 10:15 years of experience in all HR functions
strong Experience Payroll & benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
· Preferable experience in the field of engineering consultations.
· Excellent English
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Strong analytical, management and decision-making skills.
· Excellent leadership skills & Communication skills.
