Job Description

Al Ahly Tamkeen is now hiring "Payroll Specialist"
Responsibilities:
-       Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
-       Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
-       Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments and post information onto designated records.
-       Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations to maintain payroll records updated.
-       Keep track of leave time such as vacation, personal and sick leave for employees.
-       Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
-       Compile statistical reports, statements and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts and submit them to appropriate departments.
-       Transfer salaries to bank accounts after top management approval.
-       Preparing periodic payroll reports for review.
-       Coordinating in executing the yearly salary tax settlement compliant with applicable laws. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or any relevant field.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices is required.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Excellent command of using Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent English both written and spoken.
