Job Description

Sedico Pharmaceutical is one of the pioneer pharmaceutical drug industries in Egypt that produce insulin, biotechnology products, and many other drugs part of which are exported to many Arabian, African, and European countries.

Sedico Pharmaceutical is Currently Hiring "Senior Payroll Specialist"

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs daily payroll department operations.
- Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Reconciles payroll prior to transmission and validates confirmed reports.
- Preparing and calculating the final settlement of resigned employees.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Prepares necessary documentation for the employees in order to be able to open bank accounts.
- Manage and review the monthly allowances such as travel, transportation expenses, etc.) for all company employees.
- Ensuring the payroll system is up to date based on the Egyptian labor laws (Tax, Social insurance, etc.) as per respective authority matrix (Tax, Social Insurance, Overtime, additional earnings, and deductions).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, diploma or certificate in human resources management.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing background is preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent command of using MS office tools, especially Excel.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional Communication problem-solving & interpersonal skills.

Work Location:
- 1st Industrial Zone, 6th of October.
