Hammer Protection is hiring:

HR Generalist

with the following criteria:

Job requirements:

· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, recruiting, interviewing, hiring)

· Handling exit interviews

· Conduct employee onboarding

· Maintain employee files of their documents

· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics

· Undertake tasks around performance management/ appraisal

· Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

· Performs other duties as assigned

Job responsibilities:

· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Additional HR training / diploma will be a plus

· From 1 to 3 years of experience

· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

· Good command of English

· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

· Aptitude in problem-solving

Salary: 5000~6000 L.E (depends on experience)

Working hours: 8 working hrs., 2 days off
