-Overseeing all stages of recruitment.
-• Management of transparent and competitive recruitment and selection process including updated job description, proper job classification, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates organization of interviews panels.
-• Managing the regular update of the company's organizational chart and headcount report.
Skills Required for the Job of a Personnel Specialist:
-The ability to use social networks and specialized websites to publish job advertisements.
Good knowledge of labor legislation and laws.
- Good communication skills with different personalities.
Experience: 2-5years.
Work from the company’s headquarters in alharam
, preferably a resident of Giza or the surrounding areas
