Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and prepare all social insurance forms such as ( س1 ، س6 ، س2).
Administer recruitment process ( Posting jobs , Filtration , Selection , Interviewing ).
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Handles Monthly Attendance.
Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIS.
Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff.
Any other task assigned by the CEO related to HR & Admin work.
Recruitment experience is a MUST.
Experience in Software Industry is a plus.
HR Diploma is preferable.
Excellent communication skills.
Deep understanding of Labor Law.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems will be a plus.
• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturdays and Fridays are off
