Duties:
Preparation of cost plans/ estimates and budget reconciliation cost checking, and cost control during different design stages.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
-3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
-Work location at the head office.
-Available to join immediately.
-Adequate knowledge in applying cost management principles, techniques, and tools.
-Hands-on experience with using MS Excel, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, etc...
