Job Summary:-

- Lead annual training plan development and implementation, schedule & coordinate training activities.
- Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to managers and employees.
- Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions.

Ideal Profile: -

- Bachelor Degree is a must or any relevant Degree.
- 2 to 3 years of related experience which must be in HR (Training).
· Males only.
- Excellent Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
