Job Description

Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
Responsible for finding fit candidates on time through hiring channels
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Conduct new employee orientations
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Full Awareness about Recruitment reports.
Assist HR Manager in variable tasks
Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
Assist HR Team for company medical insurance in terms of getting approvals, refunds, and claims for employees.
Handling all Hiring process,

Job Requirements

Females Only
1-3 years of experience in Recruitment.
Previous work experience in retail a plus
Presentable & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and high skills in team building
Graduates only – Bachelor’s degree
Ability to work under Stress
Commitment to deadlines
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Very Good in English.
Ability to juggle multiple calendars
