Job Description

SEMAK located in Dokki is looking to hire the following position:

“HR Coodinator” Some of job accountabilities:

•Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards.

•Source candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn & Recruitment Websites.

•Create and publish job ads in various portals.

•Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.

•Manage & update employee’s files. •Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media. •Screen resumes and job applications. •Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

•Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.

•Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

•Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.

•Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.

•Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

•Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.

•Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or another related field.

•1 : 3 years of work experience as a HR coordinator or recruiter (White & Blue collar) •Excellent in English language (Writing & Speaking).

•Excellent Business Writing skills.

•Males preferred.

•ERP System or Odoo user is a plus.
