Accounting Manager - Raya Holding for Financial Investments 

Raya is looking to hire an Accounting Manager with below responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Manage-month-end closing booking, ensure compliance with deadlines & accuracy of financial statements.
• Act as a Focal Point for tax authorities, internal & external auditors.
• Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, General Leger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, capital assets, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly & annual reporting as per the accounting standards.
• Manage & Oversee the accounting department daily Operations.
• Maintains accurate financial records & control reports.
• Monitoring & enforcing proper accounting methods, policies & principles.
• Responsible for tax authorities’ requirements including all types of return, required tax submissions, reconciliations & tax audit.
• Responsible for subordinates development & succession plans.
• Explore areas of automation& analytics to improve efficiency & effectiveness of reporting& analysis

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Strong command over Microsoft office & ERP system (oracle preferable).
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting principles, practices standards, laws & regulations.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data/multi task.
• Critical thinker & problem –solving skills.
• Adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• At least 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance Field.
• Logistics experience is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting Leadership

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• CMA is preferable
