Responsibilities:
• Evaluated all personnel documents and determining pay and processed disbursing documents.
• Managed service records and ensured compliance with all regulations.
• Predominant responsibilities required a thorough and detailed knowledge of appropriate laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to personnel transactions, including health and retirement benefits.
• Researched critical personnel problems and recommended alternative solutions
• Organized and prioritized work, create/draft correspondence, maintaining personnel records
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
• Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
• Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in BA or a related field.
•HR certificate is a plus
•1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
•V. good command of the English language.
