If you have the skills and responsibility to:
• Prepare & implement Kijamii’s manpower plan.
• Develop, update & review recruitment & organizational development process.
• Conduct HR interviews.
• Issue job offers according to the company’s salary scale.
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
• Prepare a powerful database for forecasted openings.
• Carry out the orientation of newly hired employees, explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Responsible for Kijamii's L&D part with reporting programs ROI.
• Identifying employees needs through the TNA process and Appraisals results.
• Collect and disseminate information on available training sources, methods, cost, and program evaluation through establishing and maintaining relationships with training partners.
• Participate in conducting Kijamii's Performance Management System.
• Assist in evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
