The Food Lab Company is hiring the Following Positions :
1- Recruitment Specialist (only with F&B Background)
#JOB_Description :
-Handle company recruitment process (screen-filter-conduct HR interviews )
-Advertising all open vacancies internally and externally various media cannels
-Selecting the received application and identifying the qualified candidates.
#Qualifications :
-Bachelor degree in any relevant field
-minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field
-males or females
-Time and stress management skill
-Very Good to fluent in English

2- Payroll and personnel Specialist
#JOB_DESCRIPTION :
-Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
-Implementing HR Strategies , policies and practises.
-Process and document paperwork and hiring documents.
-Handle employee complains, grievances and disputes.
-Generate monthly Payroll and attendance report
-Issue different type of litters when required
-Ensure documentation of all employees files as well as verify and update their social insurance documents.
-Responsible for all labor office , social insurance form (1/2/6) , following up with social insurance office , renew staff contracts.
#Requirment :
-At least 2 years of experience on the same HR functions specially payroll
-Flexible and good communication skill
-time management skill
-Very good to fluent in English
-Ability to deal with both white and blue collars
Location : #Maadi
Working hours : flexible 9 hours includes one hour break
