Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Chief Accountant to manage the accounting entries and related supporting documents for KarmSolar to ensure recording all internal and external financial transactions according to the relevant accounting standards to support producing periodical financial statements.

Responsibilities:
• Record accounting transactions according to policies and regulations such as journal entries and reconciliations
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
• Spearheading monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting to management as needed.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and analyze discrepancies and make correction actions.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
7-10 years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and related regulatory guidelines
Advanced MS Excel skills
