Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFQs (Request For Quotation) and prepare costing as per
  standard process and tools. Prepare offer documentation consistent with
  validated data provided by commercial support sales & opportunity team (in bFO).
  Perform risk analysis. Offers can be either stand-alone local tender (Cat. C)
  or internal sub-contractor of solution/more complex tender.
• Interfacing with customer to demonstrate our offer, clarifying customer requirements and adjusting accordingly
• Using tools to prepare cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, procurement, communication management plans.
• Monitor and control Offer progress performance throughout Opportunity lifecycle, obtain, verify deliverables, attend status meeting, provide performance and status reports, forecast project completion.
• Schedule, budget, Configuration management, tracking project updates and modifications.
• Assisting in Offer statement of work developing including technical & commercial terms.
• Identify Opportunity scope, Opportunity constrains and customer expectations, major risks.
• Provide technical & commercial offers after understanding & interpreting customer specifications/drawings.
• Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions related to company standards.

About Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree of Electrical engineering.
• 4 to 5 years of experience required.
• Excellent commend English.
• Professional user of Microsoft Office.
