We are expanding our HR function Robusta Studio to have more great calibers to be working with us, we are hiring an HR Co-ordinator who would get a great exposure of the different HR pillars including recruitment, culture & engagement, performance management, learning and development as well as compensation and benefits.

The HR co-ordinator would be our arm in the operations work that covers different pillars in the HR and would be working with the Recruitment partner, Operations executive, HR business partner, L&D & Performance Management lead as well as the HR Manager.

this person is expected to have excellent organization skills, meticulous to the small details, highly dynamic and able to deal with diverse kind of profiles and keen to have a people centric work that requires great communication (written and verbal) with different personas.
