Job Description

1. Constant search for new suppliers of raw materials used in manufacturing or operation.

2. Building and developing strong supplier relationships and maintaining them.

3. Attracting quotations from suppliers, comparing them, and choosing the best.

4. Managing negotiations with suppliers regarding (product quality, prices, specifications, discounts, penalties, returned goods, delivery mechanism, discounts, payment method, and duration ... etc., and signing contracts with them.)

5. Maintaining internal and external purchase requisition files, quotations, contracts, and forms used in internal purchases and correspondence related to this.

6. Continuous communication with the warehouse department regarding the stock shortage and the extent to which the stores fulfill the required quantities and the stock turnover rate.

7. Prepare the incoming orders from the different departments and send/request them via the company's email from the approved suppliers and follow them up until they are received.

8. Reviewing suppliers' offers and responding to them positively or negatively.

9. Following up on changes in raw material prices every day.

10. Communicate with the party requesting the goods and follow up with the suppliers to ensure that the required goods/materials are delivered in a timely and appropriate manner.

11. Make an annual assessment of suppliers, classify them and extend their accreditation.

12. Permanent request from suppliers a health certificate for the raw materials used in manufacturing at the end or beginning of each year.

13. Request for goods imported from abroad at least two months before stock runs out.

14. Reporting to senior management in all these matters.

15. Informing the management of changes (building a complete database of suppliers, materials supplied, proposals ... etc.).

1. High ability to communicate in English and Arabic.

2. High ability to conduct negotiation processes.

3. Good knowledge of procedures for drafting contracts, commercial correspondence and concluding commercial deals.

4. Proficiency in MS Office programs and using the Internet.

5. Proficiency in dealing with the work team.

6. Ability to prepare reports periodically.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
