Job Description
Our Procurement department is looking for an indirect purchasing category manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in indirect procurement in a large FMCG organization, The role includes the below responsibilities
Executing bids and tenders and auctions
Review bid proposals and negotiate supplier terms & conditions within scope of authority
Prepare vendor selection and recommendation based on Total Cost of Ownership
Negotiate vendor contracts and prepare SLA for signing
Responsible for achieving annual cost savings and value contribution targets
Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance and budget savings as per spend categories
Monitors market changes, provide market and price insight and works closely on vendor harmonization programs
Lead/support sourcing activities for assigned projects/commodities
Lead a team of indirect category section head and an industrial category section head with their consecutive teams

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree 
3 to 5 years of experience in same position
Very Good communication skills
Very Good Negotiation skills
Analytical skills
