Account Manager - HAUS advertising

We are looking for an Account manager to join our HAUS! in Alexandria

An ideal candidate will be able to develop an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Developing marketing strategies, media proposals and creating the brand’s story
• Demonstrate client’s needs to the team throughout handling the monthly brain-storming sessions
• Making sure the marketing plan and client’s goals and objectives are aligned
• Assist the operation manager in terms of handling tasks, deadlines and calendar’s delivery
• Manage all reporting about customers' accounts
• keep an eye on the process workflow between the different departments to make sure delivery are on time

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Marketing background
• English fluency is a must
