Raya Foods; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Procurement Specialist with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, comparing price, quality & lead-time.
• Managing vendors and suppliers, negotiate the best contracts terms.
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure receiving according to pre-planned orders.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assuring needed stocks are re-filled.
• Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.
• Updating all records of purchased products & keeping updated tracks.
• Preparing & maintaining reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
• Handles all the premises contracts (maintenance contracts, supplying contracts and rent contracts) to ensure proper sourcing & negotiation with suppliers till issuing the contract in coordination with all stakeholders”

• Sound research and networking skills.
• +8 years of experience at least 5 of them in Purchasing
• B.SC in business administration, logistics or any related field.
