We are on the lookout for a talented "Procurement Specialist" to join our dynamic team , To play a crucial role in managing our organization’s procurement needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and skillfully negotiate purchase terms - and conditions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Monitor supplier performance, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items, addressing any shortcomings promptly.
- Analyze industry and demand trends, providing valuable insights to support senior management in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

KEY Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist showcasing your expertise.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies to drive optimal outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Food and Beverage industry experience is preferable, demonstrating industry-specific insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
