Job Description
For one of our valuable clients, we are looking for HR Supervisor
Responsibilities:
– Open personal bank accounts or salaries bank cards for the employees.
– Managing payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
– Follow-up salaries transfer.
– Prepare employees files along with a database of the employees and their hiring documents.
– Periodic review of the files along with sending a periodic report to the client.
– Confirming on sending the “Labor Office Form”.
– Preparing the medical cards.
– Following up payment of funds (Emergency Fund, Cultural and Social Services Fund, penalties Fund and others)
– Following up the labor office’s inspection.
– Following up payment of the monthly due amount for the social insurance and any related inspection along with the fulfillment of its procedures.
– Following up the attendance reports from sites prepared by the Personnel Specialists.
– Following up the hiring and termination processes and fulfilling its procedures.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
– 7 – 10 Years of Experience in all HR functions (4 Years of it as a HR Generalist) is a MUST!
– HR certificate or Diploma is preferred.
– Experience in any operation system (SAP, Oracle…. etc.) is preferred.
– Experience in the educational field is preferred.
