Senior HR Specialist
Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience mainly in recruitment
– Managing recruitment and hiring process.
– Make sure company policies are well implemented.
– Responsible for conducting employee performance by following up staff tasks on CRM
system.
– Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves,
transfers, or promotions.
– Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties, absence, deductions)
