ITO Group (located in Borg el arab - Alexandria) is hiring HR Specialist with the following criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor degree
Experience: 2 - 4 years (Prefer in manufacturing industry)
Good command in English
Good in Microsoft office
Main Duties:
Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates (White & Blue collar)
Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Conduct new employee orientations
Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
Preparing Evaluation sheets for performance appraisal.
