Personnel and Payroll Supervisor
- Following up the attendance Reports from the farms and sites which prepared by the Personnel Specialists
- Following up the Hiring and Termination processes in the Head Quarter and fulfilling its procedures.
- Ensure applying the Legal rules and regulations in accordance with the labor law and insurance law
- Preparing the monthly transactions of the headquarter and deliver these reports to the payroll sections.
- Managing the bi-weekly payroll process
- Processing separation payouts and calculating retroactive pay on Payroll Change Notices.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
- Processes payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- 4 – 5 Years of Experience in Personnel & Payroll is a Must
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
