Electrical / Mechanical Project Manager required for Eng. Consultancy for project execution office
Experience (5:10 years).
It is preferring to have good experience in the field of pharmaceutical industries
Job Description:
•Manage performance of the project including management of contractual concerns, profits and losses, progress of work, quality and safety.
•Maintain project’s positive cash flow by directing and monitoring all billings, parables and budget control activities.
•Responsible for all correspondences with the client/owner including collecting company’s receivables from the client/owner.
•Ensure project quality and safety measures are implemented to the utmost level following company strategic objectives according to quality and safety manuals.
•Follow up on procurement and material activities and coordinate with the head office if needed.
•Ensure proper execution of contracts with the client,
•subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
