- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum experience is not less than 5 years in the same position.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in planning.
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Excellent business writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Responsible for performance appraisals

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the Performance Appraisal for all the employees
- Preparing the job description for the company’s employee for the whole job titles.
- Monthly attrition analysis through the exit interviews, to provide development suggestion for work environment enhancement.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey to find the gaps in each department and set up an action plan with the department manager to fulfill all the gaps. Arrange meeting for each department to find the department gaps and start to work on it by putting action plan to solve and fix all the gaps, in addition to following up on the action plan weekly.
- Prepare the HR policies and process for HR functions in HR Department be cascaded to company’s employees.
- Following up for the progress for the developed employees after the training.
- Spread the motivation among the employees by preparing monthly events.
- Responsible for all the communications plat forms like Tawasol and Jostle, in additional to any important announcements and communicating the company’s goals
- Arrange Team building Inside the premises and outdoor, also motivational outing and monthly events
- Working on Company’s communication platforms for announcements and HR relations
