Job Description
El-Hesn Textile is now Hiring - "HR Specialist"
Responsibilities:
• Create and publish job ads in various portals & Screen resumes and job applications for both (White & Blue) collars
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates & Interview candidates in-person
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, turnover and source of hire
• Assist and support in Performance Management system
• Assist and support in other project based HR functions (Com. & Ben. - OD)
Qualifications & Requirements:
• (2-3) years of experience as HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• 10th of Ramadan resident is highly preferable
• Advanced level of using Excel and Microsoft office applications
• Very good time management skills
• Advanced in business writing
