1. Technical Office Engineer (+5 years) - ARCHITECTURE

Main Role: Prepare detailed shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings accurately & on time

- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…)

- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.

- Preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents and coordination with suppliers &/or subcontractors

- Comparing the architectural drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing infrastructure drawings & coordinate it with the project layout.

- Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors.

- Quantity surveying for the entire finishing works in the project

- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
