opened vacancy HR SPECIALIST

HR Personnel Specialist
Description:
- Enter timesheet data into the personnel payroll system.
- Handel all social insurance issues
- Review on calculation of vacations balance.
- Record employee's data on workflow program.
-Review timesheets for competeness.
-Solve problems for both employee's.
-Receive employees requests.
-Implement Employees files
-Modify any data regarding to time attendance.
-Follow up the maintenance for time machine.
-All others job-related duties as asigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experiance
- Interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Problem analysis & problem solving
- Maintaining skill & persuading skill
- Report writing skill
- Decision making
- Strong Labor law & Social Insurance background- Proficiency in microsoft office
