Job Description
Payroll Coordinator
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for processing the monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner
Ensuring that all payroll relevant transactions are correct and on time in the system captured to meet operational requirements and deadlines
Ensuring that all payroll relevant documents and database are maintained and correctly archived
Generating monthly payroll reports (pre-process Journal & Final journal from system, for review, reconciliations and approvals)
Ensuring that HC policies and procedures are fully implemented and strictly respected
Keep updated on all governmental report requests concerning wages and benefits of employees and coordinate with the team to ensure timely processing
Review all modules in Persis and HCMS to insure that all data are accurate, updated and fulfilling in an appropriate way, then communicate the issues with business units
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant HC position
Bachelor degree
Very Good command of English
Excellent PC Skills
