Architectural Technical Office Engineer:
Job Description:
· Develop and implement architectural designs and engineering plans according to client needs, technical specifications, and legal requirements.
· Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and technical documents.
· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional suggestions and guidance.
· Manage engineering projects and ensure implementation according to set schedules and budgets.
·  Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant government authorities.
· Follow safety standards and environmental regulations in all projects.
· Develop and improve internal processes to enhance work efficiency and achieve company goals.
· Mentor and train less experienced team members, providing technical and professional guidance.
Job Requirements:
 • 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐬 a 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭.
·  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
·  5-7 years of experience in architectural design and engineering, preferably in a technical office setting.
· Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
·Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in reviewing engineering plans and documents.
· Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is desirable.
·Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior team members.
·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
