She must have sufficient experience in the use and proficiency of various engineering programs with Microsoft office and general office tasks and excel in verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
• Cover designs and projects office
• Coordination of office procedures and projects
• Development and maintenance of work system
• Handling multiple projects
• Maintain courteous and professional telephone and email communication
• Carry out administrative duties and have a strong personality, etc... on behalf of other colleagues
• Coordinating administrative reforms for the task force Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
from a public university.
• Fluent in English
• Full dedication to work and travel if work requires that, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong research skills
• Creative thinker and generate ideas outside the box
• Practical experience of not less than 5 years in the executive management of engineering consulting offices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
