Site Architectural Technical Office Engineer - Heavy Rock

Job Description

1. Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and quantity surveying of projects.
2. Responsible for preparing the technical revision of all architecture drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
3. Responsible for preparing technical coordination between structure & MEP.
4. Responsible preparing all shop drawings & As-built drawings.
5. Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
6. Responsible for creating any required construction details.
7. Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects.
8. Attending meetings with consultants and owners.
9. Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control.
10. Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.
11. Prepare RFIs and send them to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts.

Required Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
2. 5 years of experience (Contractor).
3. Comfortable reading and understanding BOQ, specifications and drawings.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD.
6. Revit is a plus.
