A multinational company located in Borg Al Arab, Alexandria is looking to hire a "Production process engineer (SDA) "
Main duties:-
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account.
Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
insure 5S approach and lean on the shopfloor.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices, lead and follow corrective action by himself or with help of other departments.
Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
Improve and correct gaps in the SDA line equipment, SDA WI, SDA control station.
follow up improvement action plan, following work orders, Gemba walk actions, VCS actions, progress plan and productivity, daily and weekly reporting progress and bottlenecks.
2. MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:.
 Preferred to be 2-3 years experience.
