Aqar Masr for Real Estate Development is hiring for the following:

1. Architecture Technical Office Engineer, with 3-5 years of experience as an Architecture Technical Engineer

-Responsible for the supervision of overall design content from concept through to delivery into Execution on site, provides technical information to all parties on the project concerning his area of expertise to ensure that the successful completion of the project.
Review and supervise and verify the design with the consultant during all its phases and make sure the client’s requirements as well as the codes and regulations are met.
-Issue all shop drawings for the contractor according to the time schedule and ensure all design engineering procedures and project specifications are followed and coordinate this with the site.
-Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant with respect to the project Specification and Standards of practice
-Provide technical assistance and respond to contractor’s inquiries that relate to construction projects.
-Issue the as-built drawings and ensure that all site corrections are captured.
-Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planned and report it to the Technical Manager.
-Continually follow up with the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works.
 
2- Sales Operations Specialist (2-3 years of Experience preferably in Real Estate )
-Handling the Sales Operations on CRM.
-Coordinating between Sales & Engineering departments to issue clients contract
-Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
-Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments
-Validating all unit’s technical and financial specifications
-Managing and processing all of company's clients contractual and financial requests
