Job Description

A Big Catering Company located in new Cairo is Hiring “Finance Manager”: –

*Job Responsibilities*

1- Provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Company Business Plan, Budget and Key Performance Objectives.
2- Implements and reviews financial controls and policies.
3- Provide adequate training and general development of staff within the accounting department.
4- Analyses financial and management reports.
5- Designs internal reporting systems required by the departments and the Company.
6- Manages internal and external audits when they occur.
7- Provides administrative support to the management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance.
8- Working in conjunction with the HR department in order to review monthly payroll preparation and handling Social Security issues in accordance with Egypt law
9- Conducts monthly inspections and tests to ensure that all departments are complying with required procedures.
10- Implements and maintains acceptable accounting practices and procedures as affected by local conditions.
11- Assists in ensuring all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and reviews and approves those reconciliations.
12- Implements and reviews financial controls and policies.
13- Prepares the monthly/annual financial statements for accurate reporting to shareholders within specified deadlines in a timely manner along with all supporting documents.
14- Works closely with the Cost Controller in order to:
– Identify and explain inventory variances stemming from monthly inventory count.
– Calculate the cost of food and explain significant variances with previous months’ actual and budget.
– Account for actual food wastage in any particular month.
– Account for monthly breakage of fixed assets material.

*Job Requirements*
– A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
– 10-15 years of relevant experience focused on functional support, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis.
– Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
– Expert knowledge of accounting standards.
– Expert knowledge of financial analysis tools and methods
– Knowledge of finance, tax, and relevant laws and regulations
– Excellent Spoken & Written English & Arabic Language is Required.
– Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
– Minimum Age 40 years.
