Purpose of the job :

Conducting and developing architectural designs for current and new development projects. review of drawings and coordinate with other departments to ensure design objectives are met. Maintaining the projects’ design standards through revision and approval of client requests in compliance with the company’s policies and regulations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research and studies before initiating designs to ensure the designs deliver a competitive edge.
• Conduct and develop Architectural designs, presentations,s, and working drawings.
• Reviewing of construction documents and drawings to ensure the design criteria and requirements are met throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate project details.
• Review client modifications to ensure each project’s overall design standards follow the company’s policies, standards, and regulations.
• Conducting area analysis and contract data forms to accelerate the process of client modifications efficiently.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with the company’s staff and clients.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Set a list of guidelines and optimum design requirements to act as a guidebook for future designs to maintain standardization.
• Offering flexible varieties in design to adapt to different scenarios and applications.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering

Work Experience:

4-7 years of relevant experience
