Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer - Schneider Electric
- Main activities
- Mechanical designs of project based on a pre-defined technical specification. (Standard solutions)
- Review the available technical documentation of the order and clarify with contract manager any open questions regarding technical specification.
- Define technical solution: create mechanical drawings and BOM at minimal cost and in line with contractual requirements or with customer modifications.
- Ensure technical quality and service level of customer drawings (containing all specific details and feasibility) and BOM.
- Respect design allocated time and alert in case of deviations.
- Respect quality processes and production requirements during design phase
- Good Knowledge for sheet metal works (punching & Bending machines)
- Good Knowledge for sheet metal works soft wares (Autodesk Inventor – PTC creo)
- Good Knowledge for electrical concepts and switchgear
- Bsc of Mechanical Engineering
- 0- 3 years of experience
