We are hiring “Technical Support Specialist”
Job Description:
* System configuration
* Interface with clients (Training, Support and Troubleshooting).
* Quickly find workarounds to customer live issues, and pass details
to dev-team.
* Build proper documentation as User Guide and Troubleshoot
Guide.
* Monitoring System health.
* Qualify new system features with QA team (Customer-Oriented Qualification).
Job Requirements:
* Motivation and Dedication are key requirements
* Very good Communication skills
* Very good command of English
* Ability to work under stress
* Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
* Hardware knowledge is a plus
* Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks
