Job Description
Decorative Glass Co. is a leading company in the glass processing industry Est. 1963 and located in Obour city is hiring “Electrical Engineer“
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure resolving technical malfunction of factory machines that disrupts Production processes and report it to Electrical automation and maintenance chief.
• Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings.
• Assist in preparing preventative maintenance plans and work orders.
• Implementing per-determined maintenance plans and preparing work orders accordingly through forming work groups.
• Monitors spare parts release from warehouses via ERP system.
• Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing down times with the assistance of PM notifications and orders on ERP system.
• Supervise the implementation of the new factory projects (installing new machines, installing new transformers, etc…) and preparing work plans with the assistance of the suppliers and the involved parties.
• Conduct different training programs for electrical technicians to reach their optimum performance.
Required Competences:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• 1 - 3 years of experience
• Able to quickly study and react to complex issues.
