Job Description
Call Center Training Officer – Trainer
NAOS is looking for a Training Officer to join our team in Maadi.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center accounts to prepare and support new employees.
2. Developing call centers’ education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.
3. Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits.
4. Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
5. Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
Level of Education:
— Degree or Diploma: Bachelor’s degree.
— Experience: 2+ years of training experience/ BPO experience is a must.
Language Requirements:
— English: Minimum “Advanced” 😊 B2)
A filtration interview will be performed by a native speaker
Other requirements:
1. Presentable, self-managed & hands-on experience
2. Flexibility in working hours
3. Excellent presentation skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
5. Age: Between 28 and 33 years of age
Salary & Benefits:
Main Benefits: Both Medical & Social insurance are provided
Salary: 7,000 Base Gross + 2,000 KPI Gross
Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM
Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
Work Location: Maadi
