Job Description
1-Accountant ( +3 years’ experience construction & oil and gas )
• Dealing with banks
• Dealing with the oil companies
• Treasury is responsible for the company
• Daily restrictions
• Project Management financial and administrative
• Managing Accounts and Administration staff
excellent Excel & word & accounting program
2- HR (+3 years’ experience construction & oil and gas)
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
• Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
• Have the ability to Travel if needed.
• Deal will the governmental entity (Social insurance office, Labor Office, … Etc )
• Excellent Excel & word
