Customer Service Specialist - HDL Egypt

We are hiring a customer service with below Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Handel customer order

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Update calendars and schedule meetings

• 3-5 years of experience in the same field 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
