Sales Specialist
Company Name Hitachi ABB Power Grids
You as a Sales Specialist will be part of Hitachi ABB Power Grids business based in Cairo, Egypt. You will be developing the power quality business for LV/MV/HV capacitors and filters and MV Surge Arresters, with aim to meet or exceed the order targets and delivery sustainable growth, based on business development using product, application and differentiation knowledge, and customer proximity. Developing suitable approach for the different products (LV and MV solutions), consultants and user types (end users and EPC’s).
Your Responsibilities
Sales activities: Achieving budget and targets for power quality in Egypt. Analyzing and understanding customer power quality requirements, propose feasible solutions and products and deliver the projects. Identifying power quality opportunities that have excellent market potential. Representing the company in meetings with internal stakeholders, customers and in industry gatherings.
Marketing activities: Promoting existing and new portfolio through workshops or trainings in the country.
Customer relations & satisfaction: Recognizing customers as uncontested reference for PQ related matters.
Volume, profit, price & cost: Demanding side order target to be reached as per yearly budget agreed targets.
Other: Willing to travel frequently for short periods of time to visit customers in the country and occasionally travel to expert centers in other countries for advanced training on products and power quality concepts.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in electrical engineering with good reference about LV/MV electrical power engineering. Sound experience on LV/MV electrical network power quality is a plus.
Ability to do marketing/prompting for new products in the market.
Proven sales background for doing negotiation with customers.
Ability to do market study and analysis for the power quality products & portfolio in the market.
Proven communication and presentation skills that allow him to do discussion with consultants and customer to offer the best technical solution that can match with the customer requirements.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language.
Skills Requirments
