Requirements:

1- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.

2- 10-15 years of experience in the field of Lighting, 5 years of them in Managerial position.

3- Excellent Leadership skills.

4- Wide communication network.

Some of Key Accountabilities:

1. Contributes in setting the marketing annual objectives of the Lighting sector, and recommends the appropriate marketing strategies for the concerned products.

2. Monitors the proper execution of the approved marketing and communication policies and procedures to ensure a unified corporate image.

3. Prepares the estimated annual budget for the Lighting and communication activities, and directs all activities within the approved budget.

4. Sets marketing plans for different products based on the specified objectives, directs the implementation of the approved plans.

5. Analyses market conditions, competition, price trends, and customer requirements to identify the target market and apply the appropriate pricing policies for different brands.

6. Directs the preparation of cost-benefit analysis for different promotional activities and ensures their compliance with the set product strategy.
