Job Description:

Handling technical customers inquires through Middle East Hotline channels in English & Arabic

- High education

- Excellent in English

- Prefer experience in same job

- Maximum age 35

- Gender: both

Benefits:

- Salary: 4500 LE

- 350 EGP Transportation Allowance after 3 Months

- 2 days are off

2- Webchat & Email Agent

Handling technical customers inquires through Webchat or email in English & Arabic

- High education

- Excellent in English

- 6 Months experience as Wechat or Email Agent

- Maximum age 35

- Android Awareness

- Gender: Male
