Job Description

Huawei Egypt is hiring Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:-

CCR agents receive various technical requests from the customers through different channels (phone, mail,

and Live Chat). The main process for a CCR implies:

 Create the problem ticket, and dispatch it to the corresponding engineer (team) based on product

line;

 Ensure that cases are raised within SLA time, and that entitlement check is performed;

Essential Requirements:-

 Over 2 years of experience in the Customer Service field;

 Excellent command of English is required; French is a plus;

 Good knowledge of MS Office;

Candidate specifications:

 Agile oriented; focused on delivery and customer first.

 Adaptive; responsive for on-demand changes.

 Communicative; high communication skills.

 Open; collecting feedbacks and defining actions to improve.

 Team Player; joining team’s tasks proactively and taking initiative to support others.

 Ability to work on shifts.

 Ability to work under pressure.
